Named after our grandchildren, Ella and Jaxon, ellyjax began when we went looking for warm, natural clothing that was soft, stretchy, and easy to wear. We couldn’t quite find what we wanted, so went on the journey to make it ourselves. 

Every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully made right here in Aotearoa, so your little ones are wrapped in comfort, naturally.

Proud Nana to Ella and Jaxon, I'm both the designer and producer of all our items. I've been working in the sewing industry for more years than I can count and know my way around beautiful fabrics.

Because all our pieces are made to order, you know they're lovingly sewn with care by me.

I'm proud to be using 100% New Zealand high grade merino to create our clothing.
